Fall Instagram Roundup + Giveaway Winner

Top: Cos // Jacket: Bagatelle // Pants: Banana Republic // Shoes: Target // Bag: Similar, Similar

Hi, Friends!!  Ok so, sorry for the slightly late post.  I’ve been catching up after a busy week/weekend.  I haven’t done any Instagram roundup blog posts since I started using LiketoKnow.it, but I decided it would be a good idea to do one now, so those of you that don’t have LiketoKnow.it can easily find the shopping details for these looks.  ALSO, I created a Shop My Instagram page on the blog, so now anytime you want to find out details on what I’m wearing on Instagram and you see the LiketoKnow.it links, you can just head over to the Shop My Instagram page to get the shopping links.  I hope that helps!!

The above look is my most recent.  I wore it to church on Sunday.  Even though it’s a great fall look, fall weather was nowhere in sight! Lol.  I took off the jacket not long after I took that pic.  Fun fact: I bought the jacket from Costco.  The jacket I linked to above is the same brand.  I’m not sure if the color is exactly the same, but they look similar.

Sweater: Target // Pants: Banana Republic // Shoes: Target // Bag: Nubian Goods // Sunglasses: Similar

This look features the same shoes from Target as in the first pic.  I love these booties, and they are pretty comfortable.  I mentioned in a previous post that I was on the hunt for ankle boots/booties that would flatter my legs, and I think I’ve found them!!  I bought this pair shortly after that post was published.  I am looking forward to wearing these booties with skirts/dresses because the front slit will help elongate my leg rather than cut it if off like most booties do.  The sweater I’m wearing is also from Target.  It’s super comfortable, and I adore the tiered sleeves!!  I wore this look to church, and someone who hugged me thought the sweater was cashmere.

Top: H&M // Pants: Nordstrom // Shoes: JCrew Factory // Sunglasses: Similar

A week or so ago that I was feeling very fall-like, I wore this look to work.  I love the color combination.  I actually bought the floral blouse from H&M as an emergency shirt one night that I was headed to a blogger event.  I had decided that the shirt I was wearing looked horrible and not worthy of attending an event where I needed to look decent.  Since the event was right across the street from an H&M, I figured I would head over to the store early to try to find something.  Am I the only one that would do something like that?  Lol.  Probably not.  Anyway, it worked out.  I love this blouse.  It’s the perfect style for me because it’s not fitted, the print is fun, the colors are pretty, and it also has a unique peplum.  For this look, I paired the blouse with my corduroy pants that you may remember from this post.

Duster: Target – sold out 🙁 (Similar, Similar) // Jeans: Similar // Sandals: Target // Cami: Similar // Bag: SimilarSimilar

I wore this look to the Create and Cultivate Summit a few weeks ago in Houston.  It was a really fun blogger event that I talked a little bit about in this post.  It was my first day trying out the duster/kimono trend.  I was, and still am sometimes, convinced that these dusters/kimonos look like bathrobes! However, I think this look turned out pretty well.   I found the duster from Target a couple of weeks prior.  I love the colors.  It’s sold out now, unfortunately, but I linked to a couple of similar styles.  Have you tried the duster/kimono trend?  What do you think about it?

Dress: Omoge Creations (purchased from JoliePépée, DM on IG to shop)

A lot of people thought this gorgeous dress was custom made, but it wasn’t!  I bought it from JoliePépée, a local business that sells Nigerian designer pieces.  So, if you are interested in having one of your own, you can contact JoliePépée on Instagram.  It’s one of my favorite dresses.  It’s a true wrap dress (which can be a little hard to navigate depending on your proportions).  I love the mixed prints and the fun sleeves!

Dress: Amazon // Necklace: Similar // Shoes: Similar // Bag: SimilarSimilar // Sunglasses: Similar

Don’t mind me and this goofy picture with my pretend dog.  This look was inspired by Audrey Hepburn.  This vintage style dress is one of my favorite, most versatile dresses, and it’s under $30!  You may remember that I also have it in black and white stripe.  It’s flattering and perfect to wear for most occasions (work, church, date night, wedding, etc).  I may get it in another color (pink maybe?).

Suit: Custom // Shoes: Zara (These shoes are amazing) // Clutch: Similar

You may have seen on Instagram that I celebrated my birthday/blogaversary over the weekend.  This final look is what I wore to my party.  Isn’t the suit amazing?? I had it custom made for my bday. My tailor is so fab.  I paired it with my new favorite Zara shoes and the rest was history!
