TGIF, Friends!!!  We made it !!!  I hope you have exciting things planned for the weekend…I know I do.  I’m headed to New Orleans today!   I’m excited.  I always love visits to New Orleans.   I’m sure there will be lots of eating and drinking involved, and I’m going to the Saints game on Sunday!  It will be grand.  I’ll be sure to post pics on my IG, and who knows, maybe a blog post will come out of this trip (weather permitting).

Today our focus on the final part (for now) of my work holiday party style series is JUMPSUITS!!!!  Catch the previous posts in this series here and here.  How awesome is this blue jumpsuit??  It’s certainly striking.  Walk in anywhere wearing this, and you will draw some attention.   I purchased this from Dame Elegante Boutique some months ago (follow the boutique page on Instagram for updates on new styles…many great sleeved items), but unfortunately, this particular jumpsuit is not available.   Since the blue color I’m wearing above is not available and I couldn’t really find another quite in that color one to link to (this one is similar, but not as vibrant.  Still very pretty though, and a convertible style!), I won’t go on and on about the color.  Sorry!  But that doesn’t mean you can’t have a striking jumpsuit of your own! Dame Elegante Boutique has a  similar style in grey  on the site!  Imagine the grey jumpsuit with a statement silver necklace, like this one or this one or this one.  FIRE!!!  Anyhoo,  I really think that any jumpsuit would stand out.  I’ve linked to some great ones below.  There are other colors like red and gold…and, of course, plenty of black.  I have a black jumpsuit that will certainly be in heavy rotation this holiday season.  What color are you drawn to?

Please note my mention of shapewear above.  I’m wearing Spanx under the jumpsuit, and I’m not ashamed! Lol.  Let’s not play these games, like we all have perfect bodies and don’t need it. HA!  Unless your jumpsuit or whatever you’re wearing is especially well lined, you need to get yourself some good shapewear and smooth out those rough edges. 😉  Anyway,  I hope all of you have an awesome weekend!!
