Happy Humpday!! We are now in the middle of the first week of 2017. Woop Woop!  I hope you had an awesome weekend celebrating the new year!  I was under the weather on Saturday, so I just stayed at home and slept through the new year. Womp Womp.  I recovered by Sunday though and went to church.  This is what I wore to church…my first outfit of 2017!  Since I hadn’t been feeling well, I just wanted to throw on something easy.  So I went with my go-to black pants (that I went on and on about in this post), a black top, black pumps, and a fun clutch and bomber jacket!  Basic black is always a good place to start when you aren’t sure what to wear.  It can be worn as is or dressed up by adding a colored blazer/jacket/cardigan, statement necklace, some funky shoes,  fun earrings, or a colorful bag!  How do you dress up your basic black?
