Blue Light Glasses: Peepers

Hi, Friends and Sleevenistas!!  I hope y’all have been staying safe during this pandemic!  It’s such a new world now!  I’ve been working from home full-time since March, and it looks like I’ll continue to do so into next year!  So crazy to think how much has changed in a matter of months.

I’ve noticed that I’ve been spending more time than ever in front of screens, whether it be my phone or my laptop or even my TV!  I don’t go out much, except to pick up essentials, so I’m constantly taking in a lot of blue light from all the screens I stare at all day!

I’ve been using Peepers blue light glasses for months.  I love wearing them, and I really do think they help reduce the negative impact of all the blue light overexposure.  I’ve noticed eyestrain on days where I wasn’t wearing my blue light glasses, so I make sure to wear them on most days.  In fact, I’m wearing a pair of my Peepers blue light glasses right now as I type this post!
